The reason is the infiltration of other gases; it’s similar to what happens when a liquid seal in a closed system is damaged: the vacuum level drops, the vacuum level in the system that was previously sealed by the liquid increases, a new liquid seal forms and stability is restored, only for the seal to be damaged again. Periodic abnormal noise vibration ; An increase in displacement is a reaction accompanying the decrease in vacuum level
It might be due to insufficient air extraction; try raising the temperature of the cooling water slightly, reducing the water flow, and increasing the reflux rate for both the machine and the system to see how that works. If the problem still isn’t resolved, check whether the height of the outlet water seal is sufficient. If the problem still isn’t resolved, it is recommended to turn the machine on and check whether there are any foreign objects such as solder slag inside it.

The issue has been resolved; it was mainly due to insufficient cooling water in the chlorine cooler, which caused a large amount of water to enter the vacuum pump and led to abnormal drainage from the vacuum pump. It also reduced the water temperature of the pump.
The temperature of the brine exiting the tank is low; this low temperature results in less free chlorine escaping from the brine. The chlorinated water in the cooler flows unevenly into the chlorinated water tank, and it also flows along the pipes into the vacuum pump, causing abnormal noises in the vacuum pump
