What does the unit ma/Nm3 mean?

This post was last edited by *aoye613 on 2010-2-2 at 11:28. I received a material balance sheet from the company today, and it shows hydrogen sulfide at a value of 2500 ma/Nm3. I’ve never seen this unit before – what does it mean? Does anyone know and can tell me?
Was it typed incorrectly? It should normally be mg/Nm3
Agree with what was said above; besides milliamps and Mach, I can’t remember any other meaning for ma
The unit for H2S is not only mg/Nm3 but also ppm. There are no other units left.

Agree with the opinion from the first floor; it might be a typing mistake
The unit for hydrogen sulfide is mg/Nm3 or ppm; ppm stands for parts per million, with 1 ppm meaning one part in a million, and it is commonly used to indicate the concentration of impurities in a substance.
It must be mg/Nm3; it’s probably a typo
It could also be mol/Nm3
mg/Nm3 – that must be a typo
