Comprehensive Affairs Area – recruitment is open in three sections: (Data sharing and upload section – RAR attachments; Chemical engineering drawings and images upload and sharing section; Member information and technical assistance section). I. Recruitment requirements (3–5 candidates): 1. Those who are passionate about the Haichuan Chemical Engineering Forum, willing to contribute to its development, committed to complying with all the forum’s rules, and familiar with the forum as well as having an understanding of its various aspects； 2. Ability to maintain a certain amount of online time: At least 1.5 hours of online time per day, with consistent and regular presence online ； 3. The forum user must be at the fifth grade of elementary school or above, with a total online time of 100 hours; it is preferable to have some basic knowledge in a specific field (professionals are not subject to grade restrictions, with notes provided) ； 4. Those who have previously held forum management positions and are familiar with forum management procedures may be granted special approval based on their experience, regardless of grade. 5. Compensation The cleaners are responsible for paying salaries, while bonuses are awarded by the super moderators based on performance. Special notes: 1. During the trial period, there is no salary – only bonuses (bonuses depend on the amount of work managed; those who perform excellently may also receive additional rewards). 2. The trial period is 3 months; those who perform well may be promoted to full-time members earlier.
