The pipelines of the two steam condensate pumps of our company's synthetic unit have been vibrating like tamping continuously in the past few days. The vacuum of the unit is normal and has not dropped. The liquid level of the hot trap is stable and normal. The reason has not been found out. Can any experts help analyze it? If it is not dealt with, the system may stop, which is very scary!

Have the workloads of these two pumps been adjusted recently? According to the working curve of the pump, adjusting the load will cause changes in the inlet and outlet pressures. Has the system pressure after the pump outlet been adjusted? If possible, you can try to stop a pump and then open the outlet valve of the running pump. ; If it doesn't stop, try opening the valve from the pump outlet to the surface cooler.

Open the balance pipe valve slightly and the vibration will weaken. So why can't we continue to open the valve? My personal feeling is that there is something wrong with your cooler. Check the water temperature. Is it higher than before? If the water temperature is high, gas will appear in the pump.
Take a look to see if the condensate is cavitating, and then check to see if the condensate pump has a return balance pipe.
