These are things I have collected and organized; maybe some of them have already been seen by others, but I hope you will still take a close look at them, so that my effort of typing each word won’t be in vain! Learn together*, progress together. :):):):):):):):):) 1. When a friend invites you to eat, don’t take it for granted; return the favor, otherwise your reputation will get worse and worse. 2. Set goals for yourself – for one year, two years, five years. Perhaps you were not born with advantages over others, but through your own efforts, you can change 70% of your fate. Giving up completely can only be friends with cowardice. 3. This is a real world; emotions can’t be used as food, and poor couples face many hardships. Don’t believe in movies; they are just places where many strangers express their emotions noisily. 4. Among your good friends, you must cultivate one true confidant. Don’t think that just because you’re popular and have many friends everywhere, there will only be one person who truly cares about you in the end; believe me. 5. Don’t believe in astrology; it’s just something to entertain children. Your fate is in your own hands. Do you really want to own a house or a car? 6. Avoid having too much contact with people you don’t like, but don’t speak ill of them behind their backs. Those who spread rumors are surely the kind of people who create trouble; remember, misfortune often comes from what we say. 7. Play fewer games; this isn’t Korea – you can’t build houses or cars here. 8. Learn English well; those who say it’s useless to learn English can be ignored for now – they’re either too old, or they’ve already passed CET6 and are now preparing for TOEFL, just trying to attract attention here. You don’t have to get a certificate, but you must learn well. 9. Know what you want to do; in the quiet of the night, ask yourself about your plans for the future and work toward making them a reality. 10. Occasionally browse fashion magazines to improve your taste. 11. A glass of water every morning to prevent gallstones. Do not drink water one hour before going to bed, otherwise eye bags will appear prematurely. 12. Don’t spend all your free time in bars; read some literary works, learn about various business processes, management standards, international events, and basic legal knowledge. This will ensure you have something to talk about at any gathering. 13. Everyone is young and has little money, so there’s no need to worry too much about who is wearing AD, Nike, or something else. And you needn’t take seriously GF’s obsession with PRADA, Lancôme, CD, LV – women are inherently connected to beauty; they simply prefer to believe that you can buy them an expensive gift to satisfy their vanity, so they can show it off in front of their friends. In fact, they too love life, and when you have the ability to do so, it’s satisfying to make them look beautiful. 14. When doing something, there’s no need to tell others before achieving success. 15. Keep hair, nails, and beard well groomed. Society is an exclusive entity; there are few artists needed in this world. Do not take that risk – even if long hair looks good on you, try to give off a clean impression. 16. Those who strive for progress should not always rely on others; people are selfish, and oneself is the most reliable person. 17. When faced with failure, don’t be too concerned about it; those to whom great responsibilities are entrusted must first have their minds tested, their bodies strained, and their flesh starved... But one must learn to blame oneself, find the reasons, and break bad habits. It’s normal to have no money at twenty; it’s fate to have no money at thirty. People downstairs say that posts like this seem too long these days and are hard to read through. I don’t agree; it’s just a theory, but if you can actually apply it, you will avoid losses in many aspects. Take 16 as an example: everyone has a mentor in their own workplace, or maybe some people have relatives or friends who are in positions of leadership. If you want to succeed by relying on others instead of working hard to improve your skills, then just wait! In his eyes, you’re just someone who can’t be helped – I know this all too well from personal experience. But I really don’t want to talk about it. If I hadn’t experienced it firsthand, I wouldn’t have shared this with everyone so that they can learn from me as well*. There are so many truths in life, and many of them go unnoticed or unread by us. It’s only when we suffer losses in a certain area that we look back and realize how true those truths actually are – this is what happens to ordinary people. When seeing someone suffer a loss, and then realizing that what was said makes sense. This is a relatively smart person. Those who can understand things from another’s perspective on their own, and who truly pay attention to the guidelines outlined in their daily work, are the wise. The reason why some people can become generals while others remain nothing at all is that those who become generals can anticipate the outcomes even before anything happens. Taking Article 14 as an example, think about it: from childhood to adulthood, there are surely many people who have talked about things they haven’t succeeded in doing yet! I’ll stop talking; no matter how much I say, there will always be those who cast doubt. I hope that someone will take these words to heart and avoid suffering losses at their own workplace!
