The convection chamber of the regular furnace is not functioning properly. We want to add some reagents to clear it out without shutting down the furnace. There are openings in the convection chamber, and we can use air flow to blow air there; however, the temperature is too high, making the operation dangerous.
Is the dust accumulation severe? No blowing of dust?
:Isn’t there a soot blower installed at L? One that uses steam, sound waves, shock waves…… We once used a pipe to blow in a white powdery substance into the furnace; I’ve forgotten its name. The soot-blowing effect was pretty good.
Generally, a soot blowing system is used to address this issue; otherwise, air dampers can be used for adjustment, though that method results in significant heat loss and an increased load on the furnace

The convection chamber is not unobstructed – is it the oil flow inside the tube or the flue gas flow outside the tube? If it is the flue gas side, the soot-blowing effect is likely to be poor, with a significant amount of ash accumulating outside the pin tubes in the convection chamber. Especially when high-sulfur fuels are used, a sticky substance forms outside these pin tubes, making it extremely difficult to clean them. Dry ice can be blown in through the reserved port; it vaporizes explosively in the convection chamber, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning.
