The common pattern for the four-shift system is: day, night, day off, night off, with a cycle of 8 days. In my opinion, what’s most difficult isn’t necessarily the night shift, which is usually chosen by the most people, but rather the night off that follows that shift Why? After two nights, a pattern has formed; if I come back, it will take some time to adjust, sigh! ! ! What about the others? Tell me then... -----------------------------
The worst part is the long night shifts. It’s hard to adjust to them, especially on the night after such a shift when trying to rest – it’s extremely uncomfortable
The hardest part is the day shift – there’s a lot of work to do and no time for a nap. I'm too tired.
Night shifts are tough; I worked them for a while back. Sigh, it’s a bit embarrassing to focus on people’s work discipline these days
I feel that night shifts are the most exhausting; plus with the time difference, I can fall asleep as soon as I get in bed.
The hardest part is the night before the first day of working during the day – I can’t sleep every time. The next day, there’s a lot of work to do during the day, so I still can’t sleep; even walking makes me want to sleep. It’s terrible
The long night shifts are still tough, especially between 3 and 5 a.m.; I just feel like whatever happens, happens, and then I fall into a daze without thinking. I advise those who are still working three-shift rotations: be sure to get enough rest when on long night shifts. The accidents that have occurred this year are sufficient to make us refinery workers pay close attention!
It’s quite comfortable to have a workload of three to four tasks, but one can still feel tired; truly, human desires are never satisfied, and it’s important to maintain a positive mindset
Either this guy has never worked shifts before, or things are really slack where you are – with a four-shift, three-day rotation, you don’t have to do any actual work; all you need to do is conduct inspections once an hour and keep records. Mistakes or sleeping aren’t allowed – give it a try
Night shift – I can fall asleep even lying on the floor
The second long shift is the toughest; after the first one, I feel extremely depressed, and by evening I’m so nauseous that I can’t even eat, haha
