How to convert JPEG format images to CAD format?

If you can’t even see the pixel art clearly, how can you vectorize it using software? Importing the bitmap into CAD and creating a new layer to trace it again is probably the most effective method. (The question is: can’t you see clearly because you poured it in, or are you unable to trace it?)
Converting CAD to JPEG is possible, but converting JPEG to CAD is not yet feasible.
For now, it’s unlikely that your request can be fulfilled; no software is capable of doing something like this yet. If you have enough time, I suggest you draw it yourself
The most effective method available at the moment is as suggested by the friend on floor 5: place the JPEG file in ACAD to trace out the points. If the scanned image isn’t very clear, only the general outlines can be traced, but this approach cannot be used for production purposes
Scan2CADPro can be used, but the results are not good
There are few software programs with OCR recognition capabilities, but none that can integrate with CAD – at least I’m not aware of any!
Draw it – insert the image and then draw over it; I’ve done this many times already
