What is the difference between stable and stable? steady pressure, stable flow
steady state "stable" and "steady" in the two examples you gave are not interchangeable. But I have seen a lot of irregular things, and sometimes you have to listen to your elder brother. hehe.
A steady differential pressure has to be maintained between the gasifier and the coal feed vessel to ensure a stable pulverized coal flow.
