Strictly speaking, what is the difference between these two types of hair strands, and what are the considerations when using hair spray?
ByLayer follows the layer; it draws in the color defined by that layer. BYBlock is a block-based element; it’s really not clear what purpose it serves. Once BYBlock is selected, it turns white. . .
