Our company’s operating procedures specify that the pressure rise and drop rate should be 0.4 MPa/min. I would like to ask everyone what their voltage rise and fall rates are? Can the workshop strictly follow the procedures during operation?
0-4 MPa: 0.1 MPa/min; 4-8 MPa: 0.2 MPa/min; 8-12 MPa: 0.25 MPa/min; 12-31.4 MPa: 0.3 MPa/min. It’s still basically possible to follow these guidelines strictly
Our plant also has a value of less than 0.4 MPa/min; the rapid drop in pressure velocity may damage the internal components. The voltage increase while driving the system shouldn’t be too rapid, otherwise the furnace temperature is likely to exceed safe levels. It is still basically followed during parking.
General operating procedures stipulate that the pressure reduction rate should be less than or equal to 0.4 MPa/min, and the temperature reduction rate should be less than or equal to 40°C/h
According to the \"Operating Procedures for Small Nitrogen Fertilizer Production\" compiled by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, the pressure rise and fall rate in the synthesis tower should be ≤0.4 MPα/min; too fast a pressure change rate can easily cause damage to the internal components of the synthesis system’s equipment.
Our pressure increase rate is less than or equal to 0.7 MPa/30 minutes, and the temperature rise rate is less than or equal to 50 degrees Celsius per hour
The pressure rise and drop rate of the synthesis system is generally kept within the range of 0.4–0.5 MPa/min; at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature increase rate of the catalyst is 30–40 degrees Celsius per hour, with as small a radial temperature difference as possible.
The original standard issued by the authorities required that the pressure rise and fall rate of the synthesis tower be ≤ 0.6 MPα/min
Generally, the rate of pressure increase or decrease is less than around 0.4 MPa, and we basically follow this criterion
For the pressure increase in our domestically produced 200,000-unit synthetic towers, it is generally controlled at 2–3 MP/h
The pressure increase rate should be 1.0–1.5 MPa/hr, while the pressure release rate should be 0.5 MPa/min
