I would appreciate your advice: which companies are planning to launch titanium dioxide production projects in 2010?
-- Is the market for titanium dioxide doing well right now? Weren’t they saying there was overcapacity? --
In Panzhihua, there are a few private enterprises such as Dongfang Titanium Industry that plan to expand their production scale, and there are also groups that are considering the use of the chlorination method for producing titanium dioxide.
The sulfuric acid method is a bit excessive, while the chlorination method is not excessive.
Panzhihua Tianlun Titanium Industry, Zhongxing Titanium Industry, and Daitongtu Titanium Industry are all launching new projects.
In fact, domestic titanium dioxide cannot meet the domestic demand; if the quality of domestic titanium dioxide could be improved, there would not be a surplus at present!

I feel there’s way too much of this stuff, whether it’s real or fake! !
