Problems with single-proof tanks

I’m not very familiar with concepts such as single-proof tanks and full-proof tanks as outlined in the 2009 version of the Petrochemical Design Code. Could someone who is familiar with this subject explain them? Are they widely used these days? It would be great if there were diagrams available. Thank you

Single containment storage tank: An isolated-wall storage tank with insulation, or a tank consisting of an inner tank and an outer tank; the inner tank is designed to accommodate the storage of low-temperature cryogenic liquids, while the outer tank serves to support and protect the insulation as well as to withstand the pressure from gas purging – it cannot store the low-temperature cryogenic liquids that may leak from the inner tank.
Thank you, moderator. What I would like to know are things such as the scope of use and precautions, as well as how it differs from ordinary pressure storage tanks; these are clearly described in the standards.
Which book does the original poster refer to as the standard? Could you include the standard number?
The Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises is numbered GB50160-2008
