I would like to ask: in a CAD drawing, what does the scale in the title block refer to – the drawing scale, the printing scale, or something else?

It is the drawing scale. When actually drawing, it is still drawn at a 1:1 scale.
It is the scale of the drawing; the relationship between the values on the drawing and the actual dimensions is as follows: multiply the values on the drawing by the scale factor, and that will give the corresponding actual dimension value; Or use a scale with the corresponding ratio; the value read from the scale represents the actual size.

When creating drawings in CAD, it is done at a 1:1 scale; 1 mm in CAD corresponds to 1 mm in actual length (it can also be expressed in units such as inches). When generating the final output, a standard drawing frame is enlarged and applied to the drawing. The greater the scale at which the frame is enlarged, the higher the scale factor will be. For example, if a standard drawing frame is printed at 100 times the original size, then the scale is 1:100
