First, it features an advanced high-volume spraying system that allows water to cover the pipe walls as thoroughly as possible, thereby increasing the heat transfer coefficient. This system has an advanced design and does not suffer from clogging, which reduces surface scaling and enhances the efficiency of the equipment. The second box is made of high-quality imported or domestic ST102 super galvanized steel sheets; electrostatic spraying can be used as an optional coating method, and the water collection tray can be fabricated from 304 stainless steel sheets. Thirdly, an induced draft counterflow and single-stage heat exchange design is adopted; heat transfer relies entirely on the surface of the coil assembly. Air enters at low speed from around the bottom of the evaporative condenser, while exiting at high speed from the top of the evaporative condenser, thereby minimizing the backflow of hot and humid saturated air.
