Used for the diversion and switching during the gravity-free fall feeding of bulk solid materials, from the main conveyor pipe to the branch pipes (i.e., switching the flow direction of the material). Configured for gravity feeding applications. It is generally installed at the bottom of the hoppers for storing bulk powdery materials, and can also be installed on chute pipes. Suitable for ores, coal, coke, ash bags, chemical products, etc., with a bulk specific gravity of <2.
The three-way directional valves available in China may be slightly better than those produced by Zhejiang Xulong, but overall they are inferior to foreign-made products and can only be used in applications with low requirements or a low frequency of direction changes. The valves produced by Kollmorgen abroad are of better quality.
