There are several issues as follows: 1. When setting the page-turning buttons on the keyboard, another window appears on one of the workstations (while the original window remains). For example, if I try to set up the flowchart for SN2-2, another flowchart for FR-V14.PV also appears. How should this be resolved? 2. How can I add more flowcharts to HIS? Currently, we can only view all the flowcharts on one computer; I want to be able to see them on other computers as well. How do I go about adding them? 3. I created a daily report sheet; how can I make it print out every day? Thank you all, Le. I look forward to your advice
Your first two questions are probably the same question; I would like to ask whether you are a configuration specialist or an operator? This needs to be changed in the lower-level configuration software, System View. Simply put, your flowchart is created on the engineer station, right? You need to copy a shortcut of the flowchart you just created from your engineer station and paste it into the control station, then install them separately. I know it’s difficult for you to understand this way tomorrow; I don’t have System View with me right now, so I can’t show you any screenshots. I also can’t remember all the menus and directories. How about this: once I get to work at the factory, I’ll take a few screenshots for you and then you’ll understand everything!
Each HIS system has its corresponding keycode, which also determines its respective viewing range. So for some graphs, even after downloading them, you might not be able to see the data; it will all be shown as asterisks.

A few additional points regarding the replies from above: Question 1: Regarding the tools in the TOOLBOX for working with screens, pressing SAVE WINDOW SET or RELOAD WINDOW SET saves the current screen settings, so they will be available when the screen is opened again. This should be detailed enough. Question 2: To transfer a screen from the engineer station to another computer, select ‘Copy’ on the flowchart in the engineer station, then choose the operation station and paste the shortcut; after that, downloading it is all that’s needed. Question 3: In HIS’S CONFIGURATION section, under SCHEDULER, there are parameters for setting when reports should be generated – you can specify the time of day for this. This is quite detailed
