I’m a beginner; I’ve only started to get involved in engineering recently. Please help me out
Lifting devices should be installed above the equipment that requires maintenance or the pipelines that are frequently serviced.
You didn’t make it clear~~ What project are you designing? What is the purpose of setting the driving mode? Loading and unloading goods? Assembling equipment or pipes? Or for some other purpose? In our company, almost every workshop is equipped with cranes. In the parts workshop, there are 2 small 5T cranes, which can be used for lifting items at almost any location. In the assembly workshop, there are 4 15T cranes, each equipped with a 5T hook for the initial assembly of equipment components. I don’t think this arrangement is very reasonable, as in this workshop, we rarely lift items weighing more than 5T since I started working here; having 4 15T cranes is simply a waste – one crane would be sufficient, along with 3 5T cranes.
The high-tank workshop is a special type of workshop, and its cranes are also special. The height of the cranes in this workshop exceeds 50 meters, which is why double-layer cranes are used here. There are 4 80T cranes on the lower level, used for turning the tanks over, while there are 2 10T cranes on the upper level, used for assembling the tank bodies and filling them. A new assembly workshop has been built recently, and it too has a double-layer structure. There are 3 100T cranes on the lower level, used for connecting the horizontal sections of the tank bodies as well as for loading purposes. Since the lifting straps are used frequently and are quite long, they are hung on the walls, with an electric hook dedicated to lifting those straps.
There are 2 pickling tanks, each equipped with a 5T crane for loading and unloading purposes. Therefore, different functions require different cranes and different installation locations. Please provide a detailed explanation
A crane for installation and maintenance should be installed above large compression units, while electric hoists should be used above large pumps and small compressors. In addition, in areas where regular maintenance is required from a technical perspective, it is advisable to install electric hoists or cranes; for example, in the past, many medium-sized ammonia synthesis towers for synthetic ammonia were equipped with cranes for loading and unloading the components inside the tower.
It can be added in large equipment rooms. Purpose: to facilitate maintenance and installation
3# cz8341090 mainly consists of several enamel reactors and centrifuges
That’s not necessary, right? It’s mainly in places where heavy objects are often lifted
In the case of some large-scale equipment such as compressors and large pumps, when maintenance is required and it cannot be carried out by manual effort, equipment cranes can facilitate such maintenance. The specific approach should be determined based on the actual circumstances.
