Generally speaking, in terms of adsorption efficiency, both top-in-bottom-out and bottom-in-top-out flow patterns work. However, to prevent the dust from degreasing agents from clogging subsequent equipment, it is more appropriate to use an upper-inlet and lower-outlet design.
All the imported filters in our three sets of conversion systems use an upper-inlet/lower-outlet flow pattern; the upper part of the filters is equipped with a water spraying device that allows for regular cleaning of oil residues during normal production; Additionally, the upward and downward flow also prevents the activated carbon from being carried away by the gas.
