:) Regulations for Labor Competitions among Teams: To fully motivate employees and boost their enthusiasm for work, thereby improving the quality of all production activities, labor competition events are organized among the various teams within the company. These events draw on successful management practices from other manufacturers, ensuring that such competitions truly play a positive role in boosting production. In light of Ethylene Company’s future production needs, the Production Preparation Department has specifically formulated a competition assessment system for the horizontal shift teams. I. Scope of the competition assessment 1. These competition regulations apply to shift workers in production positions. 2. The basic competing unit is the Yokoda class from the competition workshop. II. Competition Content 1. Strictly follow production instructions to ensure the safe and stable operation of the facility. 2. Strictly adhere to the process specifications, and strive for high productivity, low consumption, and high-quality operation. 3. Strictly implement the five major systems and process discipline. 4. Strictly abide by the factory rules and regulations as well as work discipline in one’s position. III. Evaluation Methods l. Each project department shall formulate a practical competition plan. 2. Evaluations are conducted once a month on a workshop basis. Each time, the top three are selected from the five horizontal groups based on competition results. 3. Submit the competition results of the previous month by the 5th of each month to the Production Preparation Department for approval and re-evaluation. IV. Assessment Rules 1. For workshops that fail to organize assessments and distribute prizes in accordance with the requirements of the competition plan, once this is discovered, the Production Preparation Department will revoke that project team’s eligibility to participate, and report the matter to the company’s management. 2. Shifts that seriously fail to implement the five key systems, process discipline management, production scheduling instructions, and production decisions shall have their eligibility for competitions that month revoked. 3. Teams in the horizontal shift system that experience major production, equipment, safety, or quality incidents caused by human error shall be disqualified from participating in the competitions for that month. 4. If a team reported by the project department has had its competition eligibility revoked, and upon re-examination, the Production Preparation Department denies that team’s eligibility to compete, no further applications will be accepted. V. Reward Measures 1. Provisions regarding bonuses 2. Special rewards will be given to the teams that achieve outstanding results in the annual Hengda class competitions. (1) The top two teams from each unit in terms of points each year will be recognized as the company’s advanced teams. (2) The shift leader of the outstanding Yokogawa team was selected, awarded the title of Excellent Shift Leader, and received a certificate of honor. These regulations were formulated by the Production Preparation Department. The Production Department’s scheduling office and production management engineers are responsible for checking and supervising the implementation of these rules in various units.
