GB/T 20801.3-2006 stipulates three combined working conditions that need to be calculated, namely: a. Working conditions where the durable load acts alone. For the working condition where all permanent loads such as pressure and gravity act simultaneously, the stress calculated in this working condition is the primary stress. b. Working conditions where permanent load and temporary load act simultaneously. It is a working condition that considers the simultaneous action of permanent loads and temporary loads. The stress generated by temporary loads in the structure is also a primary stress, but since the occurrence of temporary loads is short-term and has the characteristics of probability, GB/T 20801.3-2006 points out that when considering the working conditions in which durable loads and temporary loads act at the same time, various temporary loads that need to be considered should be superimposed with the durable loads for calculation and verification. c. Loads caused by temperature differences and other alternating load conditions. For the alternating displacement load, the stress calculated under this working condition is the secondary stress. CAESAR II classifies load case combinations. The meanings of the category codes are as follows:: SUS——Sustained load condition combination, the program will automatically perform a stress check under the continuous load for this type of condition combination. ; EXP—Thermal expansion working condition combination, the program automatically performs secondary stress verification for this type of working condition combination. ; OCC—accidental load condition combination, the program will automatically perform a stress check under the action of accidental load for this type of condition combination ; OPE—operating state load case combination. This type of load case combination is mainly used to calculate the thrust of pipelines on supports and hangers and equipment nozzles. The program does not perform stress verification on this type of load case combination. ; FAT—Fatigue load condition combination, the program will automatically perform fatigue check on this type of load condition combination.
