How can you tell if a leader is jealous of those who are more talented?

Suddenly I felt like I was being marginalized by my boss; it’s frustrating!
Leaders think differently from employees. At present, many leaders in state-owned enterprises want their subordinates to be under control, while also considering the bigger picture; there needs to be a balance among those under their authority. Sigh~ It’s not the case that just because you have the ability, you’ll definitely be given another chance!
Hehe, well, a leader has to consider people’s faces, right? If no work is assigned, then why should I stay here?
First, reflect on whether you are truly competent. If your boss is really jealous of those who are more capable, then find an opportunity to change jobs
I don’t know what company you work for! But having the capability in state-owned enterprises is just one aspect! No matter where! Handling things comes first! Being arrogant because of one’s talents isn’t a good thing!

If a leader is jealous of you, they will always assign you physical tasks, leaving you with very little time to learn*, and that’s exactly what our leader does
I feel the same way; I sometimes also feel marginalized. Everyone at Corey has tasks to do, and they all have more than one task each. As for me, who’s supposed to handle everything, I’m completely idle.

Don’t draw conclusions yet; let the leaders make their decisions. If you are talented and not arrogant, it’s true that in many cases you still have to strive for what you want on your own. To be honest, in today’s society, there are tasks that even an ordinary person can carry out – so why not give those opportunities to those who are closer to them?
