I want to improve my English; which English training institutions should I enroll in?

In Jiangsu, there are English training institutions such as EF, Wall Street English, Sannmu, NASDAQ, etc. Which one is better?

Well, for EF, if you like it, it’s useful to watch more original English movies and listen to more English songs; you can also read more original English works on a regular basis.
No matter what you choose, you have to rely on your own efforts; those masters never attended any training courses when learning English!
