Heating steam for heat tracing and heat exchangers.
Could you be more detailed? Where is the heat exchanger? What is the heating medium?
In the 1# mantx dust collector, the temperature must be maintained above the dew point to prevent the water vapor in the syngas from condensing; therefore, steam is used for heat tracing. The pulse backflush gas is hot nitrogen or hot coal gas synthesis gas; before carrying out the backflushing, cold nitrogen or coal gas must be heated, using steam for this purpose. The heat-traced high-pressure section needs to be around 200°C, while the low-pressure section should be around 80°C, in order to maintain the fluidity of the ash.
Heat tracing is achieved using medium-pressure steam and low-pressure nitrogen; waste steam can be used as well
