Graduated from university in 2006. I have been working in technical management positions within the fiber optics industry; I currently hold the position of assistant engineer at my company, and I have been in this role for 3 years now. I applied for this position in 2007 through the municipal personnel department, but due to a busy workload, I was unable to submit the necessary documents, and things got delayed (sweat). Can I apply for the intermediate title of chemical engineering engineer now? Is it easy to pass? I’ve forgotten all that theoretical knowledge for so long! ! ! All the materials are ready; I took a look and it’s overwhelming! !
