The slurry water can be reused in the generator, the mother liquor water can be replenished with circulating water after biochemical treatment, and all steam condensate water can be returned to the boiler.
Can be roughly divided into: Steam condensate, centrifugal mother liquor, waste water stripping water. The centrifuged mother liquor can be treated biochemically or chemically for reuse. Wastewater stripping can be sent to acetylene station.
Wastewater is stripped to remove VCM and then send acetylene!
Use dry process for acetylene wastewater, reuse clean water, and return mother liquor water to the kettle to easily achieve zero emissions

The centrifuged mother liquor water can be used as polymerization rinse water after filtration. If it is to be used as polymerization reaction water, membrane filtration must be used, but the treatment cost is high unless it is in an area with severe water shortage. The remaining mother liquor water can be used for acetylene reaction water.
