1 Moisture content: 9–11, 2 Fineness: over 90%, 3 Y-value: 9–14, 4 Volatile matter: 25–32.
Maintain stability in the indicators for coal entering the plant; the coal preparation workshop strictly supplies coal according to the specified mixing ratios, and adjusts the electronic batching scales accordingly
4# lsm7906 1. The moisture level should be kept between 9% and 11%. 2. The fineness should preferably be controlled between 90% and 93%. 3. A thinning component should be added to keep y between 11.0 and 17.0 mm, with G above 65. 4. The volatile content should be controlled, ideally between 17% and 32%.
I disagree with the fineness level specified on floor 5; we keep our fineness at 85-87. Maintaining such a high level – have they calculated the electricity consumption of the grinder? I think it’s not economical. As for the G value, I agree with that, but the Y value should preferably not exceed 15. These are just my humble opinions for reference only
