For gas production through intermittent gasification in a fixed-bed system, what is the current optimal coal consumption rate (in terms of lump coal or coal briquettes)?
Our company uses Yangquan lump coal, with consumption levels of up to 1150 kg/tNh3 or less
Our company uses local coke from Yunnan as well as coal balls; the fixed carbon content in these materials is only 56-58%. It’s really unclear what kind of coal mixture is used to produce the coke, as it may contain a lot of coal gangue. Technology is indeed advancing rapidly, with consumption reaching around 1880 kg/tNh3.
Our company uses semi-coke and anthracite at 1700 kg/tNh3
The price for medium-sized coal is generally 1150; for small particles used in mixed combustion, it’s above 1250, while coal rods cost around 1500.
