I would like the experts here to discuss whether an opening ratio of 1.3% for the wind cap of a boiling furnace is feasible. What situations might arise in such a case?

Depending on the size of the furnace, larger furnaces have a lower porosity rate; however, a porosity rate of 1.3% is somewhat low, which affects boiling and may lead to poor boiling conditions
When roasting different raw materials, the opening ratio of the air caps in the roasting furnace varies； It is mainly to ensure the gas velocity at the small holes of the wind cap ； Generally speaking, the higher the gas velocity through the small holes, the better the boiling condition! Based on my own design experience, the opening ratio of the wind cap generally should not exceed 1%; otherwise, the boiling condition in the boiling furnace is often poor, and normal production may even be impossible!
