After starting the machine, the system pressure is 3.0; it was found that the pipeline leading from the cyclone separator to the hot water evaporation tower is blocked – how should this be dealt with? (Switch to the pipeline in operation and use the high pressure difference to clear it; does the system continue to increase in pressure at this point?) )
No one has answered such a tricky question. The sound from the on-site impact valve unit is low and the temperature is not high. Moreover, the pressure before the pressure relief valve is only 6 kilograms. And the pressure in the system is already 30 kilograms. How should this be handled? (We haven’t done anything ourselves; it’s fine as it is.) We can’t rely on luck to solve problems, so we hope experts can offer some advice
It depends on where the blockage is; what if it’s inside the valve chamber?
It can’t be inside the valve chamber; if it were there, the pressure shouldn’t be so low.
This issue can actually be extended: What should be done if the angle valve that leads from the washing tower to the high-pressure flash tank gets clogged after the system is put into operation? If the clogged angle valve cannot be resolved and another angle valve fails, what actions should be taken from a process perspective? Will it affect the water quality at the inlet of the quench water pump? Will the system stop operating? If both angle valves connecting the cyclone separator to the evaporative hot water tower become clogged, is it necessary to shut down the system in order to address the issue?
