Air magnetization

While researching recently, I came across the concept of magnetized air: \"Air can be magnetized by passing it through permanent magnets, which allows for a reduction in the amount of air needed for combustion, and enables combustion at low temperatures (below 600°C).\\" I just can’t figure it out; please give me some advice!
This concept is quite new; I’m quite interested and would like to learn about it.
