What are the causes? What should be done?
No one wants to answer such a simple question?
It depends on the situation, whether the water supply is turned on low or the sewage discharge is turned on high.
The simplest way to reduce the liquid level is to increase the amount of water supplied. Methods include increasing the speed of the pump, opening the main water supply flow valve, and reducing the drum pressure.
1. Pay attention to whether the water supply volume and gas production volume match, and increase the water supply volume in time. 2. Analyze and confirm whether there is any leakage in the steam drum. If it affects the normal operation of the system, it must be stopped for processing.
First, confirm whether the drum liquid level is the real liquid level. What kind of liquid level gauge are you using? Is it a three-impulse one? Maybe it could be caused by false level? Looking for the reason why the drum liquid level dropped? Only deal with it based on the reason. The treatment method is basically to increase revenue and reduce expenditure.
The reasons for the continuous decline of the conversion drum liquid level are:: 1 Insufficient water supply to the boiler ; 2. The amount of sewage discharged from the drum is too large ; 3. It may be leakage from the waste pot ; 4. It may be a false liquid level in the steam drum. Treatment measures. The most likely case is the first one, which is to increase the pump speed or run dual pumps to maintain production.
It should be dealt with according to the specific situation. 1. When it slowly decreases, immediately identify the cause and handle it accordingly. At the same time, immediately reduce the gas production, increase the water supply, and reduce the drum pressure to return to normal after treatment. 2. When the drum liquid level drops rapidly, immediately increase the water supply. If the liquid level still cannot be maintained, if the liquid level drops to 0 and the water volume does not change, immediately stop the operation according to Level 5.
