About a dozen new employees have been assigned to our unit, and as the person in charge of training, I really don’t know where to start. I would be grateful if you could offer some help My industry deals with special pressure vessels for boilers.
1. Safety management system 2. Brief overview of the factory area 3. Brief introduction to the production process 4. How to use gas protection and fire-fighting facilities at work 5. Knowledge on emergency rescue in case of accidents 6. Key safety considerations for job operations
New employee training in the petrochemical industry is generally divided into three levels. The first level is plant-level safety training, which primarily focuses on safety knowledge within the industry; its scope is broad and includes knowledge related to safe production practices in petrochemicals, industry standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations concerning safety production; II. Workshop-level safety training, primarily focused on the production safety within that specific workshop* ; III. Team-level safety training focuses on safety knowledge and precautions at the operational level.
First, after the three-level training, there are: 1. Overview of the enterprise; 2. Fire safety training (knowledge of fire-fighting equipment and its use, etc.); 3. Safety production training (the six strict requirements, the principle of not causing harm to oneself or others, and the four rules for not overlooking issues, etc.); 4. Knowledge of equipment along with the functions and usage of various accessories; 5. Training on processes and principles, as well as relevant precautions.
I agree with the views of those mentioned above; after completing tertiary education, it would be more effective to find practical examples related to one’s own field of work as a basis for education
1. Company overview. 2. Three-level safety education. 3. Training in safety and fire protection knowledge and skills (identification and use of fire-fighting equipment, etc.). 4. Training on the workshop’s safety production management system. 5. Training on knowledge related to special equipment, including laws and regulations. 6. Training on quality awareness.
1. Brief overview of the factory site. 2. Three-level safety training. 3. Job responsibilities, job operating procedures, etc.
