This post was last edited by adsl121 on 2010-7-8 21:47. It seems there are quite a few manufacturers, such as Luoyang Ruichang, Luoyang Xinpu, Xi’an No. 11 Institute, etc. Shell is carbon steel, burner is Cr25Ni20.
Our acid gas burners use Duiker, with materials of AISI316L+AISI310S. Precautions during operation: 1. Never operate the burner when the air pressure is below 0.1 kPa, as this may cause backfire. 2. The igniter, viewports, flame scanner, and the pipes connected to the spare interfaces all have purging ports; before operating the burner, these components as well as the pipes connected to the spare interfaces should be purged to prevent blackening. 3. Thoroughly purge before ignition
