Could that expert please help provide a plan for the expansion and renovation of the liquefied gas desulfurization unit in the catalytic cracking plant?
First, identify the factors that limit the modifications: the tray, the flow rate of the pumps, and whether it is permitted. Replace the packing with trays and upgrade to a larger pump. The pipeline is required to meet the standards. Replace meters such as flowmeters and control valves with larger sizes.
At our factory, the hydrogen sulfide levels in the liquefied gas are not up to standard; the main causes have been identified: the sulfur content in the raw materials is high, and the desulfurization process is not effective enough. Is it possible to solve this issue by improving the quality of the raw materials? (Without replacing the raw materials)
