Flow integrator and flow converter

Are flow integrators and flow converters the same thing? When are they used? What are the differences between them?
The flow integrator is a secondary instrument that is connected to the flow meter via an amplifier; it allows the flow rate to be displayed visually in the form of frequency. By multiplying the data displayed by a certain coefficient, the actual flow rate value from the flow meter can be obtained. I don’t quite understand traffic converters!
It seems to be the same thing, but please clarify so I can answer.
1. The flow integrator can be used in conjunction with various flow sensors or transmitters, temperature sensors or transmitters, and pressure transmitters. It enables the measurement and display of flow rates for various liquids, vapors, natural gas, and general gases, as well as functions such as cumulative calculation, alarm control, transmitted output, data collection, and communication. 2. The converter is used in conjunction with turbine flow sensors to detect, convert, accumulate, and display the signals from these sensors; it also features data protection in the event of a power loss. It enables: ·On-site display of the total cumulative flow volume ； ·Output flow pulse signal or volume unit signal ； ·Outputs a standard current signal.
It doesn’t seem to be the same thing; accumulators are used quite often
