How to eliminate oil leakage from the detection probe of air compressor unit

The compressor unit is designed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan. After the unit is installed, several resistors used to measure the bearing temperature are combined into one and then come out through the perforations of the unit and then enter the junction box. Mitsubishi did not consider the sealing of these perforations during the original design and construction. As the unit runs for a long time, the lubricating oil slowly leaks along the bearing temperature cable through the perforations to the outside of the unit, causing a lot of oil in the bus trough where the external cables of the unit pass. Please tell me how to solve the problem with prawns.

If the simplest solution is to clean it with acetone and then fill it with sealant. If the hole is relatively large, hollow wire plugs should be made first and then sealed with sealant. Or change the design and adjust the lead hole to a high position. We have once had the practice of extending the pipe to prevent leakage, that is, processing a single-end threaded pipe according to the size of the lead hole and screwing it in to lengthen it.
