In our production process, an air flow mixer is required, mainly for mixing powdered materials (100 to 200 mesh) with water-based chemical ingredients. Since the amount of these water-based chemical ingredients added is relatively small, the mixture remains mostly dry after mixing. However, the challenge lies in achieving uniform mixing, which is why we thought of using an air flow mixer. We’re not sure how to do this, so we hope experts can offer some help!
