Check whether the pressure pipe is blocked or leaking, and then verify the transmitter. Inaccuracies in the orifice flowmeter are usually caused by errors during the pressure sensing process.

There are many reasons, and they still need to be analyzed based on the on-site situation. It is possible that the outlet pipeline is blocked, the inlet pipeline is blocked, or the flow meter is inaccurate. Don't just look at the motor current. Look more at the outlet pressure.

The main reason may be that the differential pressure detected by the differential pressure transmitter is decreasing. This phenomenon may be caused by blockage or air leakage at the positive pressure end. ； The negative pressure end is blocked ； The zero point of the transmitter drifts. It is best to disassemble the transmitter and clean the positive and negative pressure terminals to clear the zero point of the transmitter.

1: Check to see if the current differential pressure, pressure, and temperature displays are basically the same as before. Generally, if the pipeline gas line is stable, the daily differential pressure, pressure, and temperature will be similar. If the differential pressure is lower than before, check whether the differential pressure induction pipeline is leaking, and then purge the pressure induction pipe to see if there is fluid accumulation. If it still does not work, check whether the differential pressure transmitter returns to zero when there is no pressure. 2: If the above conditions are normal, take a gas sample from the pipeline for testing to see if the components are similar to before. (If your orifice flowmeter does not require these data of components, then there is no need to test it) 3: Pull out the orifice plate and check whether the orifice plate is normal, and check whether the bypass shut-off valve is leaking or not closed. If it still doesn't work, then the traffic has really decreased.
