Can Siemens’ programming software V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP6 be used for simulation? If that’s not possible, how do people simulate things when programming on a regular basis? I would be very grateful if everyone could offer some advice.
I’m using Step7 5.4, which has simulation capabilities. STEP 7 MicroWIN SP6 – is this meant for 200 only? I’m not sure
There is a Spanish software online that simulates the S7-200 PLC, but some instructions cannot be simulated.

STEP 7 MicroWIN SP6: Siemens does not provide any simulation software officially. There are unofficial simulation software available online, but many commands cannot be simulated; for more specific information, please search on Baidu.
