It was built in 2007, located in Panyu District; it’s too far from Guangzhou. One would have to go there in person at least once to take a look
It’s called Lonza Engineering; the goal is to leverage Lonza’s expertise in plant construction and equipment to serve China’s organic and fine chemical industries. As far as I know, Longsha was originally a company that produced active pharmaceutical ingredients (intermediates for drugs). To meet its development needs, it established Lonza Engineering in 2007 to provide technical support and undertake design projects; it currently has around 200 employees. Since it was established not long ago, it is likely that the organizational structure of Huisheng Design Company has not yet been fully developed. My aim this time is mainly to find out more about issues such as compensation, management practices, and promotion systems there. Hehe, I think small companies have more opportunities for growth.
