Is there anyone from Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute here? Is the Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute conducting its own recruitment, or are candidates recruited through Huisen first and then assigned there? I haven’t seen any recruitment announcements from the Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute recently.
I heard earlier that there seems to be no plan to hire new employees this year; internal staff say there aren’t many projects at the moment, so there’s an excess of staff
Is there also the Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute? Where? I’ve only heard of the Luoyang branch. It’s very difficult to get into design institutes these days.
3# qinglian2: I’m not sure whether it’s because the Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute isn’t well-known, or because you don’t know much about it. It is a Class A design institute; it was later acquired by Shanghai Huisheng, and now it is called Huisheng Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute
These days, many job placements are determined through connections. Many external recruitment efforts are just a cover, merely a formality!
They recruit separately; a few students are admitted to our school each year. The Fifth Nuclear Research Institute is also a good option, and it’s located in Zhengzhou as well
Huisheng is not recruiting fresh graduates this year. Some of the better design institutes in Zhengzhou include the 6th Mechanical Engineering Institute, the Textile Design Institute, the 5th Nuclear Engineering Institute, etc. There are also some provincial-level research institutes, but it’s not easy to get into them.
4# 7931202: There aren’t many straight-track projects outside the province carried out by Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute; after all, it is just an ordinary Class A design institute with limited fame. Additionally, the Luoyang Branch is too well-known. . . I also thought about getting in touch with the Henan Chemical Engineering Design Institute, but... . .
It now belongs to Huisheng, and is called Huisheng Henan Branch
8# yqyang85: This year, the Luoyang branch is also in great need of staff. In the past they hardly recruited from our university, but this year they’re taking on people with bachelor’s or master’s degrees in chemical engineering – basically everyone who meets those qualifications is hired. (Premise: Bachelor’s and master’s degrees must be from 211 universities or above)
I called this company before the New Year to inquire about it, and I also submitted my resume to Huisheng, but I still haven’t heard anything.
