As the preheating temperature of the feed oil increases, the reaction temperature rises as well, and the outlet temperature of the coking tank also increases. As the preheating temperature of the feedstock increases, the heat required for the reaction decreases, and accordingly, the heat of vaporization upon heating the feedstock as well as the reaction heat decrease. So, with no significant change in the amount of charring, the regeneration temperature increases.
As the preheating temperature of the feed oil increases, the reaction temperature rises as well. Due to this increase in reaction temperature, the coking intensity in the coking vessel increases (regardless of whether there is a catalyst circulation tube), and the outlet temperature of the coking vessel goes up.
