During the insulation construction of pipelines and equipment, foaming must be carried out on bends and irregular parts of the equipment on-site. The construction team plans to carry out foaming directly on the outer protective layer; in that case, can the moisture-proof layer be omitted? What is the best approach? After testing, flanges and valves also face this issue, as they are of detachable design. What are the requirements for installing the insulation and moisture-proof layers? If the moisture-proof layer is installed after foaming and then an outer protective layer is added, how can it be ensured that the self-tapping screws of the outer layer do not damage the moisture-proof layer? I would appreciate advice from those with experience
