About the Sanbo temperature meter

Dear PYs, our factory is equipped with 10 Sabo infrared thermometers, but some of them often exhibit unstable temperature reading results – the temperature values keep changing even when no button is pressed. Has anyone encountered this situation while using it? ? Also, what’s the after-sales service like at Sanbo and other manufacturers?
We have five, three of which use infrared transmission. What you’re describing hasn’t happened. One unit didn’t produce a button click sound sometimes; it was still within the one-year warranty period, so it was repaired free of charge. Another unit had a faulty data cable connector; when repaired after the warranty period, it seemed to cost 400 yuan, while an infrared version would cost 2000 yuan. Sanbo’s products are good, but they’re expensive.
