Problems with the scale inhibitor line

After being shut down for a winter, the catalytic unit was restarted a few days ago. It is now operating pump C, which handles high-volume slurry, but the scale-inhibitor line for pump C is blocked. Is there any way to clear it? Also, will the scale inhibitor be effective on the standby pump?
Inspect the inlet and outlet pipelines as well as the metering pump to determine if there is any blockage or freezing
Adjust the amount of the diluent used for the scale inhibitor. Our plant uses light diesel; make sure to keep the area where the scale inhibitor is injected well insulated. The flow of oil slurry at the inlet of the standby pump is not very good. It is generally better to inject it into the inlet pipeline of the operating pump, or modify the scale inhibitor pipeline and try installing it after the outlet valve at the bottom of the distillation tower.
