There are two filter presses in the workshop. The large frame and steel structure have been used for less than two years because of serious steam corrosion during the filter press. If they are repainted for anti-corrosion, the effect will not be good. Is there any other better anti-corrosion method? I see that there are high-curing composite repair materials for legs and feet abroad. I wonder if there are any other methods? ?
Does the sludge you press filter contain volatile acid? If it is not oxidizing, you can use epoxy paint to prevent corrosion. Before anti-corrosion, you must first remove rust and then spray an anti-corrosion layer.
If you don't want to re-anticorrosion, you have to clean and polish the base thoroughly; you don't have to line it with a layer of plastic.

We also use filter presses in the primary and secondary washing areas where we produce titanium dioxide. However, when the equipment came in, we outsourced epoxy fiberglass to the large frame and steel structure parts. The current results are pretty good, and there have been no problems for three years.
Treat the surface thoroughly, then use epoxy zinc-rich paint for base and surface painting and solution!
I only know about the thermal bonding method of PP, but it is mostly done in workshops. I don’t know if anyone has done it on site. You can ask the manufacturers who sell plastics.
I suggest you consider the following two methods: 1. Brush plating; 2. Supersonic flame spraying or spraying.
The scene can be partial, such as an upward plane. But it’s not easy to do the whole thing on site! Because chemical containers are lined with pp, special equipment is required!
