Sealing issues between the small cover of the synthesis tower and the electrodes

The small cover of the electric furnace in our company used to leak; we tightened it by reducing the voltage, which helped, but the leakage persisted. There was no other choice but to wait until the major maintenance period to open it and replace the gasket.
