Run the auxiliary oil pump before starting the main engine; if the pressure is low, it is likely a fault with the auxiliary oil pump. If the oil pressure remains low even after the machine is running, it’s a problem with the main oil pump. In our factory, the shaft of the main oil pump broke once; as a result, the pressure couldn’t be increased, and we spent a long time checking it.

Our company also uses small turbine compressors from Zhejiang. Before starting the compressor, we need to activate the oil pump first; only once the temperature and pressure of the oil pump reach certain levels do we start the compressor itself. Is the filter clogged? Our company uses turbines manufactured by Hangzhou Zhenxing, and we have encountered similar problems; we solved them by replacing the filter elements!
Did the poster only remove the fine filter element and not check the coarse filter element?
