In the corrosive version, many manufacturers likely use spray guns. What type of spray gun do you people mostly use – flame, arc, or plasma, etc.? What are people’s opinions on the efficiency of various spraying machines?
Generally, using an arc is better; it yields better spraying results for this type
It mainly depends on where you plan to use it; choose based on cost and quality – just because something is expensive doesn’t mean it’s suitable for your needs
Thank you to the two people above; those that use arcs have a higher initial investment compared to those that use flames, but they offer higher efficiency and better spraying quality.
Looking at the title, I thought it was about paint spraying; it turns out to be thermal spraying. The people upstairs mentioned it well – arc spraying is better; the equipment is more expensive but efficient and less prone to problems. Flame spraying is less efficient, and the spray gun is prone to issues due to various limitations
Regarding current construction methods, spraying generally remains at the level of flame spraying
